Under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of services related to leisure activities (courses and training events) to be performed on a specific date or period indicated at the time of booking.
By proceeding with enrollment and payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the course is tied to a specific date and that, therefore, no right of withdrawal applies once enrollment has been confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds remain possible in the following cases:
- Cancellation of the course by the organizer: free rescheduling, with a full refund only in specific cases.
- A request for a full refund of the fee may be submitted up to 30 days before the course date, by emailing training@grandiclinic.com
For the purchase of the book, as a physical good, the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product applies, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
- The book must be returned intact, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
- The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
